Really enjoyed this postmortem! Especially the breakdown in numbers across the various sites & the bit about marketing, haven't ever really done any marketing for my free games.
I haven't thought about Kongregate/Armour games in a long time, might put some of my stuff on there in the future!

Honestly, You don't really have to do marketing for free web games, that's something that web game portals can do pretty well for you, it's just that I plan on making some PC games in the future so I want to build up some kind of a community early on.
